Only registered students are allowed in the gym area WITH a coach or staff member.
Parents and siblings may observe from the lobby area only. Parent-Coach conferences are welcomed and can be scheduled at the front desk.
Absolutely NO glass containers are allowed in any part of the building.
Students should wear appropriate gym attire (leotards, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, no zippers, no tights, no socks, no clothing with strings) and jewelry should be removed.
All children in the lobby must be supervised by their parent(s) at all times. (It is the responsibility of the parent(s), not of any staff member, to watch their children in the lobby AT ALL TIMES. Continual disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and siblings/students/parent(s) will be asked to leave the lobby area for the entire class time).
Each participant is required to pay an annual $40 registration fee. The fee is non-refundable, due at the time of sign-up and valid for the subsequent 12-month period. This fee must be renewed during your sign-up month (i.e. if you sign up in March, your registration fee is due with your tuition payment each March).
MONTHLY TUITION ***IMPORTANT*** ALL students must be one of the following:
Enrolled in the ACH program -- where we draft the funds monthly out of the account of your choice -- drafted on the 5th of each month. If the funds are not available (and it is returned unpayable to us, a $25 fee will be added to the amount due).
Enrolled in the bank/credit card program -- where you have a card # on file and we run your card monthly -- drafted on either the 1st or 5th of each month. (This method includes either a $2.00 fee or % of amount due). If the card we have on file does not work, you will be assessed a $15 additional fee.
Must have a "deposit" equal to one month's tuition payment in your child's account. This option allows you to continue to pay tuition on-site. This option is only available if you have a month of tuition 'banked' in your child's tuition account; however, tuition must still be received by the 5th of the month or the $10 late fee will be applied. Tuition not received by the 5th of the month will result in the deposit applied to the last month and the student dropped from the class.
Students will not be allowed to participate in class if tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month.
Students who do not attend the first week of class (and have not paid that respective month's tuition) will be considered 'dropped' from the class unless prior arrangements have been made with the gym. You will be responsible for that month's tuition if it has not been paid for the respective month; however, your child will not have a spot in the class unless there is a spot available.
Cancellation Policy: Written notice to cancel is required by the end of the month prior to month cancelling. Written notice must be submitted by email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Tuition is due each month (even if a month contains a day which class is not being held) & is not pro-rated for planned closings. During the course of a year, the amount of class days even out to four (4) classes per month for a total of 48 paid classes.
Enrollment is not based on a month-to-month basis & does not guarantee a spot is automatically held for your child; tuition must be paid each month to ensure a spot is held.
We offer special tuition discounts for multiple family sign-ups.
Tuition is not pro-rated for holidays and planned gym closings. * Each class schedule is based on a yearly calendar which includes all months of the year. Any class day which has less than 48 classes during the calendar year, will be pro-rated for that respective month.
Any class which fails to reach at least 50% enrollment within the first thirty (30) days (of the class being held) will be cancelled and students will be enrolled in the same type of class at a different class time or day (if applicable).
A $30 processing fee will be charged on all returned checks.
We accept cash, check or debit & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard & Discover only) for all tuition payments.
CLASS MAKE-UP POLICY:
Make-up classes are not offered for classes missed; however, classes which are missed due to the gym closing on account of bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be made up. The make-up class will be held within one (1) month of the missed class. We do not offer a tuition discount or pro-rate tuition for any time the gym is closed due to the weather.
PRIVATE LESSONS - 'Magnifications':
Private lessons are available to any student who is currently enrolled in at least one (1) weekly class. Please contact the gym for rates & procedures. **Private lessons are available only to current members of the gym. We are not able to offer private lessons to non gym members.
Magnitude 10.0 Gymnastics is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please make sure that all personal items are marked.
Magnitude 10.0 Gymnastics, LLC, reserves the right to refuse service. Disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
