Paula Eline
Paula Eline is a certified personal trainer, wellness coach, and IFBB Pro Bikini athlete with a lifelong passion for movement and health. With over 20 years of experience in fitness, dance, and performance across the U.S., Brazil, and internationally, Paula brings a unique blend of artistry, discipline, and motivation to every client she works with.
Her career spans from performing on the world’s biggest stages—including Disney, the Pan-American Games, and Ringling Brothers Circus—to helping clients at leading gyms, Pilates studios, and wellness programs in Nashville. Paula specializes in personal training, Pilates, Barre, TRX, and dance-inspired fitness, empowering her clients to build strength, confidence, and lasting lifestyle change.
Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Paula is known for her uplifting energy, personalized coaching, and genuine care for her clients’ well-being. Whether training one-on-one, teaching group classes, or coaching busy moms to find balance, she brings both expertise and heart to everything she does.
Lexie
Lexie has been dancing for over 20 years and loves sharing her passion with students of all ages. Trained in contemporary, jazz, tap, hip hop, ballet, and musical theatre, she grew up competing and performing before becoming a core company member with Numinous Flux Dance Company. Along the way, she’s earned top awards and created original choreography featured in studio recitals and performances.
In class, Lexie focuses on building strong technique while encouraging creativity, confidence, and joy in movement. She’s excited to inspire the next generation of dancers and help them discover their unique voice through dance.
