Attendees MUST be at least 3 years old and 100% potty-trained.

What you need to know about Parents Night Out:
You will enter the gym through the double doors off the main parking lot. The doors will not open before 5:50 p.m.
Pizza will be served at 6:15 p.m. If your child/children is not on-site prior to 6:15, they will not be served pizza. Please be on-site prior to 6:15 p.m. so all participants will be fed at the same time. Pizza & a drink will be provided. We will not be providing snacks. The front door (and all other doors at the gym) will remain locked at all times (after 6:10 p.m.). If your child does not like pizza or cannot have pizza, please feed them ahead of time. We will offer both cheese & pepperoni pizza.
If you are picking your children up before 9:30 p.m., please call the gym (615-883-5199) so we know to be on the lookout for you (since the doors will be locked).
YOU WILL DROP OFF & PICK UP AT THE DOUBLE DOORS ONLY.
If it is locked, please ring the doorbell.
USE ONLY THIS GYM # (615-883-5199) WHILE PNO IS IN SESSION -- THE MAIN GYM PHONE WILL NOT BE ANSWERED!
All participants MUST BE PICKED UP no later than 9:30 p.m. (or you will be charged an extra $5 per minute (per child) for the extended time).
We cannot stress this enough ... pick-up time is NO LATER THAN 9:30 P.M.!!
Please be sure to sign your child/children in and leave us with a phone number to reach you. There will be a sign-in sheet at the front desk.
Things to send with your child/children:
~ REFILLABLE WATER/DRINK BOTTLE (with your child's names CLEARLY marked on it). The water fountain will not be available. They can refill the water bottle at the water fountain ... but they need a water bottle sent with them!!
-They can purchase snacks on site - snacks are $2.00 each (Cotton candy is $3.00) - cash only - unless they have a 'snack card' on file
